Philosophy of Care
My philosophy of care is to treat every patient with respect and dedication and to meet their different needs. I believe in the strong commitment of UC Davis to both patient and physician education and to quality patient care.
Dr. Medici's clinical interests are focused on Wilson disease, alcoholic liver disease, fatty liver, post liver transplant care, and clinical nutrition.
Dr. Medici's research interests include Wilson disease and epigenetic regulation of gene expression, study of methionine metabolism in alcoholic liver disease in humans and animal models.
